1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Service") govern your use of our website located at amiranisparki.ge  (collectively or separately the "Service") operated by ehotelspace.

Our Privacy Policy describes how to use our Service and explains how we collect, protect and disclose information we receive as a result of your use of our Websites.

The agreement (contract) between us and you includes these terms and conditions and our privacy policy (the “Agreements”). YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ AND UNDERSTAND THE AGREEMENTS AND AGREE TO THEM. If you do not agree to (or cannot comply with) the Agreements, you may not use our Services, but please notify us by email. to amiranisparki@gmail.com so that we can find a solution to the current situation. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others wishing to access the Services.

2. Communication

By using our Service, you consent to receive news, marketing or promotional materials and other information that may be sent from us. However, you may opt-out of receiving the above-mentioned information from our e-mail. to amiranisparki@gmail.com with a notification of cancellation of subscription.

3. Armor

If you make reservations for our hotel rooms on our website, the following personal information will be collected from you: personal data (which includes first name, last name or similar identifier);

Contact data (which includes billing address, shipping address, email address and phone/telephone numbers), financial data (which includes your payment card details), specific data per customer (which includes your username and password, bookings you have made , purchases or orders, your interests, preferences, feedback and survey responses), usage data (which includes information about how you use our website, products and services), marketing and communication data (which includes your preferences from us and our third parties when receiving an ad).

In order to make payments and purchases, it may be necessary for us to use a third-party service. By providing your information, you authorize us to provide that information to third parties subject to our privacy policy.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your reservation at any time for certain reasons, including but not limited to: availability of free rooms, errors in the service description or pricing, errors in your reservation or other reasons.

The conditions for canceling a reservation are individual and we will provide you with the details upon request.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if we suspect fraud or an unauthorized or illegal transaction.

Pets are allowed in the hotel, whose maximum weight should not exceed 5 kilos.

Quiet hours are defined in the hotel, namely from 23:00 to 09:00 in the evening, during which no noise is allowed.

4. Order cancellation/refund/reimbursement

4.1 The order can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order. The user pays 90% of the total cost of the reservation as an advance at the time of booking.

4.2 If the customer requested to cancel the transaction 7 days before the arrival, 90% of the paid amount will be returned to the customer, if the transaction was canceled less than 7 days before the arrival, the full amount remains with I.M. Dimitri Gogoladze.

5. Composition/Content

Any visual and textual material on our website is owned by or licensed to seventeenrooms. You may not distribute, modify, transmit, download, copy or use said content in whole or in part for personal commercial purposes or without prior written permission.

6. Prohibited Use

You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with the Terms.

7. Analytics

We may use third party services to monitor and analyze the use of our Service.

8. Accounts

When you create an account on our website, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate, complete and current at all times. Incorrect, incomplete or outdated information may result in immediate cancellation of your account.

9. Governing Law

The Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Georgia, within the scope of the applicable regulatory law, without regard to conflicting provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not be considered a waiver of such rights. If any provision of these Terms is held by a court to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. 

11. Changes

We reserve the right to make changes to our Service at our sole discretion.

BY USING OUR SERVICE OR ANY OTHER SERVICE PROVIDED BY US, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ AND READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND AGREE TO THEM.
